Brown Top Millet is a leafy annual grass that grows from 2-3 feet tall producing heavy seed yields in about 50-60 days after emergence. Use for wild game food plots, pasture, hay and seed production, and erosion control. Great food plot crop when planted with corn or alone and flooded after it matures in the fall is one of the best food choices available for wild ducks. It is used in game plots for the quality and amount of seed produced. Can be grazed or cut for hay but is less productive than hybrid Pearl Millet or Sorghum Sudan grass when used to livestock grazing or hay production
