Bonar Rape

Bonar Forage Rape is late maturing with short stems and large paddle like leaves. Produces high forage yield and as well as high quality forage. After the first hard frost the leaves become very sweet and palatable and will lure deer to whatever area they are planted making Bonar a great late fall to mid winter forage crop for deer. This makes it ideal to plant in plots to be hunted over and also makes a great addition to mixes with clover, turnips and other brassicas.
